Hash Game may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method. You agree to provide these within the timeframe requested. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions until verification is completed.

Deposits are generally credited to your Hash Game account promptly following successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. Hash Game is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, your mobile network or bank processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the deposit page at the time of your transaction.
• Funds deposited must be from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Deposits that are subject to active bonus terms may not be immediately available for withdrawal until wagering requirements are met.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where this is technically possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by Hash Game's payments team and are typically processed within the timeframe displayed on the deposit page. Before your first withdrawal, identity verification must be completed in full.

Hash Game reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if verification has not been completed, or if the account is under review. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all Hash Game promotions:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit from the point the bonus is credited.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to bets placed using bonus funds — these are specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly allows stacking.
• Free bets that do not result in a win do not return the free bet stake — only net winnings are credited.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

Hash Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while wagering is in progress, any remaining bonus balance will be removed and only real-money funds that have met the relevant conditions will remain available.

Hash Game offers pre-match and in-play sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, football, esports and other markets as available. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question, which are accessible via the betting interface.

A bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the Hash Game system and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, Hash Game reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Displaying an incorrect price or market due to a system error does not obligate Hash Game to honour bets placed at that erroneous price.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where a cash-out option is available and explicitly offered on that market.
• For cricket, the official result as determined by the governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent) will be used for settlement.
• PSL markets are settled based on official PSL results. Weather-affected matches and DLS method results are settled per the market-specific rules.
• In-play odds change continuously. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Hash Game may suspend markets at any time at its discretion, including during live events.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type and account status. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. Hash Game reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits without prior notice where there is a legitimate operational reason to do so.

Hash Game's casino section includes slots, table games and live dealer titles available at Casino and Live Casino. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real-time dealer operation with independently audited game mechanics. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by game providers and are not controlled by Hash Game.

Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a stream interruption or disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on Hash Game's side, the stake will be returned.

• Casino games may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements — check each promotion's specific terms.
• Progressive jackpot games have their own rules and prize mechanisms governed by the game provider.

Hash Game is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening or using more than one account, whether personally or via a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical glitches in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of corrupt wagering activity.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with Hash Game support.

During any investigation, the relevant account(s) may be suspended and funds held pending the outcome.

Hash Game reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the player's own request.

If your account is closed by Hash Game for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be returned.
